The Fall Protection industry requires webbing to meet strict performance standards of the governing body. Sturges <\/span>Manufacturing <\/span>specializes in developing <\/span>custom unique designs <\/span>and products to meet and exceed this demand, including high-performing body harness webbing and straps for use in fall protection systems.<\/span><\/p>

Safety webbings<\/span> are rigorously tested in our<\/span>\u00a0test lab<\/a>, which is capable of dynamic drop testing with free falls up to <\/span>25 feet<\/span>. Performance requirements are monitored through SPC from lot to lot to assure product consistency.<\/span><\/p>

SRL webbings are available with a proprietary treatment to improve color retention and prevent twisting upon retraction. SRL webbings are produced in custom widths and thicknesses to fit the design of the retractor.<\/span><\/p>

All arc flash products meet ASTM F887, verified by third-party testing. Exclusive designs are available, as well as stock arc flash webbings with low minimum order levels.
